Recruited from some of the finest restaurants and schools, our chefs have designed and fine-tuned our signature dishes and delicacies down to every nibble. With such diversity in the kitchen, client requests are never a challenge.
Spearheaded by Jonathan Peters, many within David Ellis’ event planning team have been with us from the beginning, offering decades of experience and expertise. Jonathan himself makes it a priority to meet with nearly every client for the on-site walk-through, giving the client the opportunity of having their event designed exclusively around their interests.
Our warehouse is filled with creative minds, decorative ideas, and a trusted network, making anything possible. Nothing is outside our design team’s range. A respected creative himself, Jonathan loves collaborating with clients on design ideas, helping them realize the event of their dreams.
Our floral experts bloom with fresh and colorful arrangement ideas that enliven every event. Flowers and decor are their passion. This exclusive team spends countless hours picking and preparing each and every bouquet.
Trained in fashion, art, portrait and motion photography, our photography team offers a unique eye to catching every moment. With a wide range of services and packages focused around our clients needs, David Ellis photographers make it their mission to capture not only the event, but the memory itself.

Jonathan David Peters
Jonathan David Peters, Vice-President and Event Designer, is our creative visionary, overseeing all aspects of Event Production and Private Client Relations; realizing the experiences that inspire memories.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Jonathan worked for several years abroad in China’s manufacturing industry before teaming with his brother, Chad Peters, to start David Ellis in 2003. Jonathan is also an avid art collector, expert skier and world traveler.

Chad Ellis Peters, President and original Executive Chef, is our culinary wizard, leading a crew of 25 internationally trained chefs; always adding to and perfecting the menu our clients have enjoyed for over 11 years.
After college, Chad worked in New York’s financial sector in the late 1990’s. Wanting a new challenge, he left Wall Street in the early 2000’s to focus on his true passion of food, and started David Ellis with his brother, Jonathan. When not in the kitchen, Chad enjoys the leisurely things in life; travel, golf and fine cigars.
David Ellis Events is a family owned and operated business. Our full-time & part-time staff is trained to understand the importance of food quality and presentation, and the relevance of how their personality affects the outcome of every thing we do. Our continual goal is to source individuals that truly understand the difference between “just working”, and “creating an exceptional experience.
